OPSYX ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, military branch, base location, and any content you post on OPSYX. We also automatically collect usage data, device information, and cookies to improve your experience. We never collect or store classified military information.
We use your information to operate and improve OPSYX, verify your military status, facilitate transactions between users, send you notifications about account activity and listings, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your information with other users as necessary for marketplace transactions (e.g., your display name and base location on listings). We work with trusted service providers (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments) who are contractually obligated to protect your information. We may disclose information when required by law.
We take OPSEC seriously. We do not publicly display your full name, unit information, or personal address. Verification documents (military IDs) are processed securely and not stored beyond the verification process. We encourage users to follow OPSEC guidelines when posting listings.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard settings. You may opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your data, contact us at privacy@opsyx.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand how OPSYX is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
