Prohibited Items — Not Allowed on OPSYX
By creating an account or using OPSYX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and visitors.
OPSYX is open to current service members, veterans, military spouses, and military family members. By using OPSYX, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not share your account or use another user's account without permission.
All listings must be accurate, legal, and comply with these terms. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and must disclose all known defects. OPSYX reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.
OPSYX is a marketplace platform — we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. All sales are between users. OPSYX does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Exercise judgment and follow our safety guidelines.
Basic listing is free. Promoted listings and featured jobs require payment. All paid transactions are final unless otherwise stated. Stripe processes all payments. OPSYX does not store payment card information.
You retain ownership of content you post on OPSYX. By posting, you grant OPSYX a license to display and distribute your content on the platform. Do not post content you don't own or have permission to use.
OPSYX is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPSYX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of OPSYX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
